A man is suffering from paralysis after being shot in the neck by Israeli forces in the West Bank. <br /> <br />The Palestinian Health Ministry said the 24-year-old was left quadriplegic. <br /> <br />Israeli forces were attempting to stop Palestinians building a house in southern Hebron. <br /> <br />Israeli military accused the Palestinians of attacking the troops with rocks and have said the incident is being investigated. <br /> Report by Dessentjacksonl.
