Halsey Announces New Beauty and<br />Cosmetics Brand, about-face.<br />On January 4, Halsey announced that<br />she was launching her own direct-to-consumer<br />beauty brand, about-face. .<br />The brand is currently available<br />for preorder and will launch three different<br />lines on January 25: face, lip and eye. .<br />The products are entirely vegan-made and<br />range in price from $17 to $32. .<br />On Twitter, the 26-year-old singer-songwriter<br />wrote that about-face was inspired by her<br />own self-taught makeup journey.<br />many of you know ive done my<br />own makeup for a long time ... I’ve been<br />doing makeup for myself for most of<br />my career (even as far as SFX!), Halsey, via Twitter.<br />Halsey said that “every detail” of the brand<br />was made by her and that it culminated into the<br />“cool makeup” she wished she had as a kid. .<br />it’s special to me bc I’m not just the<br />face of some company.
