A 38-year-old man who recorded the underskirt of a woman at a shopping mall was caught red-handed and handed over to the police.<br /><br />His activity came to a halt on Dec 31 after he was nabbed by his victim's boyfriend at Sunway Pyramid Mall.<br /><br />Subang Jaya police chief Khalid Othman said the victim's boyfriend had lodged a report on the incident on the same day.<br /><br />He reported that while he and his 25-year-old girlfriend were in a boutique, he saw a man carrying a black paper bag with a hole on it.
