A man struggles to come to terms with growing up in an endless torrent of verbal abuse - often FAR more damaging than physical abuse...<br /><br />Dear Stef:<br /><br />My upbringing was rife with verbal manipulation, alongside occasional physical violence. My parents since have divorced and I have had a very easy out from my relationship with my father although I still live with my mother.
