Education Minister Mohd Radzi Md Jidin said the reason why private kindergartens will remain open in states under the movement control order (MCO) is due to working parents.<br /><br />He said unlike the first MCO in March last year, where a substantial part of the economic sector was closed, several sectors under the current MCO will remain open.
