Twenty-one families received keys to their brand-new starter-homes in San Fernando and environs, on Wednesday night.<br /><br /><br />The units were completed at a cost of $2.5 million dollars, as part of the Land Settlement Agency's Housing and Village Improvement Programme.<br /><br /><br />The distribution ceremony took place at City Hall.
