Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte told reporters on Friday that his government had offered their resignation over wrongful accusations of fraud by the tax authorities that drove thousands of families to financial ruin, often on the basis of ethnicity.<br /><br />“We are unanimous. If the whole system has failed, only joint responsibility can be borne.
