Health Secretary Luv Agrawal's brother Ankur found dead

Ankur Aggarwal, brother of Union Joint Health Secretary and IAS officer Luv Agarwal, died in suspicious circumstances. His body was from the Pilkhani area of Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh. A licensed pistol has also been recovered from the body.
