KwaZulu-Natal Premier Sihle Zikalala hailed KZN MEC, Bheki Ntuli as a peace ambassador and champion of the poor who never sought positions. Ntuli, affectionately known by his clan name Mphembha, had been MEC since September 2019. He succumbed to COVID-19 related complications on Saturday.
