Biden: "I don't know what I'm signing", Signs Anyway

On the day of his Inauguration, manchurian president Joe Biden was given a stack of what is assumed to be executive orders. On video, Biden can be heard admitting he doesn't know what he is signing, but then signs the documents anyway.
