Clean-up Balls<br /><br />Environment Secretary Roy Cimatu, San Juan City Mayor Francis Zamora and Manila Water President and CEO Jose Rene Almendras and other officials throw 'Mabuhay Balls' into a creek on Hoover St. In Barangay Addition Hills on Jan. 27, 2020. This is part of the city's Adopt-an-Estero Program, a follow-up to the memorandum of agreement the city government signed in 2020 with Manila Water and the DENR to rehabilitate the San Juan River.
