Tory Lanez Seeks Permission to Legally Speak<br />About Megan Thee Stallion Assault Case.<br />Tory Lanez has filed a motion to modify the<br />protection order he is currently under due to his<br />ongoing legal battle with Megan Thee Stallion.<br />The order prohibits him<br />from publicly speaking<br />about the case or contacting<br />Megan on social media. .<br />According to legal documents obtained<br />by Complex, Lanez wishes to address <br />“inflammatory information” being shared by Megan. .<br />[Lanez] is unable to respond meaningfully to<br />any of the statements made by [Megan].<br />[Lanez] has been careful to comply with the<br />protective order, but at this point, the<br />protective order is significantly prejudicial<br />to [Lanez] and jeopardizes his right to a<br />fair and judicial proceeding, Tory Lanez Legal Team, via Complex.<br />The motion also argues that Lanez’s lack<br />of response may be incorrectly interpreted<br />as “conceding” to Megan’s claims.<br />[Lanez's] failure to respond to [Megan's]<br />inflammatory and misleading statements<br />may be interpreted as conceding to<br />her claims.
