Tobago's first THA Chief Secretary Hochoy Charles, is calling on Progressive Democratic Patriots leader Watson Duke to stop using trade unionism, to attempt to govern Tobago. Mr. Charles told TV6 that last night's behaviour by the six PDP assemblymen, who sat in the Assembly chamber overnight, was improper. More in this Elizabeth Williams report.
