Police Commissioner Gary Griffith appeared to express optimism in the search for Andrea Bharrath this morning when he said it was not a recovery mission.<br /><br />But sadly, by Thursday afternoon, the Police Service said her body had been found.<br /><br />The Commissioner yet again identified that taxis and PH vehicles must come under closer scrutiny and he plans to have a database of those vehicles.<br /><br />It turns out the Works and Transport Ministry is also looking into creating a registry.<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.
