J&T Express has apologised to customers over the violent handling of their parcels.<br /><br />This came after videos of disgruntled workers hurtling customers' parcels at a sorting centre in Perak had gone viral.<br /><br />In a statement the logistics firm denied that the workers' protest was due to a cut in wages. <br /><br />Instead, the company said it was due to a misunderstanding on year-end bonuses.
