The Agriculture Minister says the strength of pepper spray is three times more than that of the most dangerous pepper produced in this country.<br /><br />He said this is something the Government must consider as it examines legalising pepper spray as a non-lethal weapon for self defence.<br /><br />The Minister was responding to a motion raised in the Senate by an Independent Senator calling for the legalisation of pepper spray for everyone over the age of 18.<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.<br />
