Written & Directed by Vipin C Vijayan, "the cursed language" is a narrative short film entirely filmed at the North-east India's beautiful hill station Shillong (Meghalaya).<br /><br />The short film was an official selection and screened at various International Film Festivals such as:<br />International Folk Film Festival (2018), Global India International Film Festival (2019) Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival (2020) and Pune International Film Festival (2020).<br /><br />Synopsis: <br />Pranav has just moved in to Shillong, Meghalaya (North-east India) for his masters. Along with his newly formed friends, he goes for a picnic, during which Naphi, a native girl shares with him the secret tale about a mysterious photograph at her village.
