Police will be investigating Federal Territories Minister Annuar Musa over an alleged breach of movement control order (MCO) standard operating procedures.<br /><br />Kuala Lumpur police chief Saiful Azly Kamaruddin said a report had been lodged over a photo of the minister sitting down for a meal with six others.
