The San Fernando City Corporation on Tuesday honored yet another cultural icon by renaming part of a street after a calypsonian from the southland. A section of Lord street in San Fernando is now called Dr Leroy Calliste Street, or as many know him, the Black Stalin. Reporter Cindy Raghubar-Teekersingh was there .
