Prime Minister Narendra Modi attended the convocation ceremony of Visva-Bharati University. The event took place via video conferencing on February 19. <br /><br />While addressing the event, PM Modi said, “It is inspiring and delightful to take part in this convocation ceremony. It would have been good if I had come there personally to take part in the ceremony today but due to the new rules (Covid-19) I am taking part in this event through video conferencing.”
