A locust infestation is once again terrorising residents of Moruga.<br /><br />It's an annual problem they face, but they tell reporter Cindy Raghubar-Teekersingh that this year is the worse they have experienced.<br /><br />They're calling on the Ministry of Agriculture to intervene as they've essentially been trapped in their homes for the past two weeks.<br />
