A weekend of glorious sunshine was made complete by the incredible sighting of a humpback whale swimming near to the Farne Islands.<br /><br />Andrew Douglas from Serenity Farne Island Boat Tours captured the beautiful sight on video.<br /><br />Andrew said he saw the whale from 12pm to 4pm on Saturday, February 27, calling the experience ‘four hours of pure bliss.’ <br /><br />Dolphins were also captured on camera by Jake Dawson in Amble.
