The Foreign and Caricom Affairs Minister Dr. Amery Browne has rebuked Opposition Leader Kamla Persad-Bissessar for making an " inappropriate approach to the Prime Minister of India for covid-19 vaccines."<br /><br />The Opposition Leader, however, is not backing down from her decision to make that request of India's Prime Minister.<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.<br />
