building strength. Variations of exercises are required to stay motivated, focused, and enthusiastic. <br />In this video, I have shown the following variations: <br />1.knuckle grip <br />2. Finger grip <br />3. Decline push-ups <br />4. Hopping push-ups <br />5. Shoulder tap <br />Try to achieve at least 40 reps of each variation. Once you feel comfortable, then go for 250 push-ups.
