As Moruga residents continue to be plagued by the worst locust infestation in their community to date, the Ministry of Agriculture says they are spraying wherever they can.<br /><br />Ministry officials say the chemicals used are toxic and can only be utilised for mass kills in forest areas, however there are safe measures people can adopt for their homes.<br /><br />On Tuesday morning members of the media were invited to a spraying exercise in Cachipe, Moruga, our reporter Cindy Raghubar-Teekersingh was there.<br />
