Julau MP Larry Sng said he may not have defected if Pakatan Harapan was successful in implementing equal allocation for all MPs when it was in power.<br /><br />He said the allocation was vital, especially in the poorer constituencies in the country, for lawmakers to be able to fulfill the needs of the constituents.
