<p>Police captured a fugitive after he came out of hiding to buy the Call of Duty video game in Birmingham, England, on January 13, the West Midlands Police said.</p><p>In bodycam video, the man is asked by officers where he’s traveled from. After a brief exchange, the man kicks one of the officers before being quickly restrained by officers and arrested.</p>
