Victoria Premier awaiting decision on spinal surgery

Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews has broken his T7 vertebrae, which is in the middle of the back. Doctors are deciding whether Mr Andrews will have spinal surgery and he's expected to stay in the Alfred Trauma Centre for several days.
