The Acting Victorian Premier James Merlino says more will be known in the coming days about Premier Daniel Andrews recovery as he continues to receive treatment in the intensive care unit at the Alfred Hospital. Mr Andrews fractured his spine when he slipped and fell on wet stairs at a holiday house on the Mornington Peninsula on Tuesday.
