West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, who was injured on Wednesday during a rally in Nandigram, was discharged from hospital on Friday evening. <br /> <br />The TMC supremo left SSKM hospital on a wheelchair. She has reached her residence. <br /> <br />The medical board had suggested 48 hours of observation, however, after repeated requests the authorities decided to discharge the TMC leader, and prescribed her necessary precautions.
