The Prime Minister says Cabinet is in favour of the plan it was presented for the use of pepper spray.<br /><br />In Parliament on Friday, the Prime Minister also said if a past UNC-led government had dealt with the issue of pepper spray he would not have to do so now.<br /><br />Juhel Browne has this report.<br />
