Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube,<br />Too Short and E-40 Form Supergroup.<br />On Tuesday, Too Short revealed that<br />he had formed a hip-hop supergroup<br />with three other well-known rappers. .<br />The group, dubbed Mt.
