Assam Minister and BJP leader Himanta Biswa Sarma mocked Congress’ for its promise of not implementing CAA in the state if they come to power.<br /><br />"I think they have huge majority in the Parliament and they can decide," Sarma quipped.<br /><br />On BJP’s plans for upcoming assembly elections, Biswa said, “In the first phase, we are contesting on 47 seats and we hope to win 45-46 seats in this phase.”
