Inspector-General of Police Abdul Hamid Bador said he did not want the police to be a tool used threaten individuals.<br /><br />He said Malaysians deserve a police force that is fair, friendly and with integrity.<br /><br />He said that in the past the police have been abused to intimidate those who try to report crimes.
