The Umno General Assembly today have given a mandate to the party president and the supreme council to determine when the party will withdraw from the Perikatan Nasional government.<br /><br />The decision was reached during the Umno general assembly which lasted two days.<br /><br />Umno deputy president Mohamad Hasan in his winding up speech also hinted that they would withdraw from PN in August, when the emergency is lifted.
