Swimmer Dylan Carter and cyclist Teniel Campbell were named sportsman and sportswoman of the year at the First Citizens Sports awards Sunday evening.<br /><br />It is the second consecutive sports woman of the year award for Campbell who was also named as the Olympic Committee's top sports personality together with Carter back in December.<br />
