The Federal Court has heard staff at one Telstra-branded store in Darwin were coached on manipulating credit assessments so they could sell phone plans to Indigenous consumers. The ACCC has investigated Telstra's sales practices and both parties have agreed Telstra should pay a $50 million fine and pay back debts.
