Facebook Announces <br />Feed Filter Bar, Adds <br />Chronological Timeline.<br />The company announced the new feature <br />on Wednesday through a post titled, <br />“You and the Algorithm: It Takes Two to Tango.”.<br />The update will allow users to view content sorted by <br />most recent posts or their favorite friends and pages.<br />Though these options were already <br />available to users, the settings were deeply <br />buried, making it difficult to toggle on or off.<br />The social networking platform also <br />plans to give users insight through <br />their “Why Am I Seeing This?” feature.<br />The feed filter bar was rolled out for <br />Android users on Wednesday and will<br />be available on iOS “in the coming weeks.”
