Mumbai Special Dawat Wala Dal Gosht:<br /><br /><br />Today I am sharing an amazing and delicious recipe of Dal Gosht. Dal Gosht is a traditional curry made with slow-cooked meat with selected spices and lentils. Hope you will.like.my recipe. Do give this a try and share ur experience in comments.<br /><br /><br />Ingredients<br /><br />For boiling mutton:<br />Mutton - 500g<br />Bay leaves - 2<br />Black cardamon - 1<br />Green Cardamon - 2<br />Cinnamon - 1<br />Cloves - 5<br />Black.peppercone - 8<br />Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp<br />Turmeric - 1/4 ts<br />Onion - 1 sliced<br />Salt - 1 tsp<br />Water - 1 cup<br /><br />For boiling Dal:<br />Chana dal - 200g<br />Turmeric - 1/4 tsp<br />Salt - as per taste<br />Green chillies - 2 <br />Water - 1.5 cup<br /><br />For Mutton Gravy:<br />Oil - 1/4 cup<br />Bay leaves - 3<br />Black cardamon - 1<br />Green Cardamon - 2<br />Star anise - 1<br />Cinnamon - 1<br />Clove - 6<br />Black peppercone - 10<br />Black cumin - 1 tsp<br />Onion - 2 sliced<br />Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp<br />Green masala - 1/2 cup (1/4 cup coriander+1/4 cup mint leaves+10 green chillies)<br />Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp<br />Coriander powder - 1 tbsp<br />Meat masala - 1 tbsp<br />Tomato - 3<br />Salt - as per taste<br />Bottle gourd or lauki - 500g <br />Garam masala - 1 tsp<br />Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup<br />Mint leaves - 1/4 cup<br />Water - 3 to 4 cups<br /><br />For Tadka:<br />Oil - 4 tbsp<br />Onion - 1 sliced<br />Red chilli - 3<br />Cumin - 1 tsp<br />Mint leaves - few<br />Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp<br /><br /><br /><br />Email Id: yummyfoodwithsana202@gmail.com<br /><br />If you liked my recipe, do like and share my video.<br />Don't forget to follow my channel YummY food with SaNa<br /><br />Thank you<br />Allah Hafiz.
