US President Joe Biden's decision to exclude Malaysia from the Climate Action Summit was an indictment of Putrajaya's policy on accepting plastic waste from other countries, charged DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng.<br /><br />He said unlike the Pakatan Harapan administration which actively repatriated plastic waste imports, Environment and Water Minister Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man has so far been receptive to "clean" plastic waste.<br />
