However speaking on TV6's Morning Edition programme a few hours later, Prime Minister of St. Vincent and the Grenadines Dr. Ralph Gonsalves revealed there are still a number of persons who refuse to evacuate. <br /><br />Rynessa Cutting reports.<br />
