Ingredients<br />Goat intestine -1/2kg <br />chopped onion<br />chopped tomato<br />garlic sliced<br />fennel seeds <br />Ginger Garlic paste<br />curry leaves <br /><br />For Masala:<br />Shredded Coconut -1 cup<br />Curry masala powder - 1 table spoon<br />Chilli powder -2 spoon<br />Coriander powder -3 spoon<br />Pepper corns- half spoon<br />Cumin seeds - half spoon<br />Garlic -4 to 5<br />Shallots - 4 to 5<br /><br />Wash the intestine for more than 10 times. Then grind the masala ingredients to a fine paste. Heat the pan and add oil, fennel seeds, chopped onions ,tomatoes, And goat intestine. then add ginger garlic paste and stir for few min. Then add the masala paste and required salt. Add some water to get the gravy consistency. Close the cooker and Cooke the intestine for 8 whistles.
