The Senate debated a bill today meant to allow for the online payment of fines for road traffic offences and for not wearing face masks under the Covid regulations.<br /><br />An Independent Senator sought clarification from the Attorney General as to who would pay the three per cent charge on credit card transactions.<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.<br />
