This country's Head of State signs the condolence book at the Red House for former Energy Minister Franklin Khan who died last Saturday.<br /> <br />And Mr. Khan's contribution to the Parliament continues to be recognized so too was his contribution to the local energy sector recognised by the chairman of the Energy Chamber.<br /> <br />He says Mr. Khan "was always a strong advocate for the small oil companies operating out of South Trinidad."<br /> <br />Juhel Browne reports<br />
