Trinamool Congress president Mamata Banerjee will be sworn in as the Chief Minister of West Bengal at Raj Bhavan in Kolkata on Wednesday morning. This will be a low-key affair in view of restrictions in place to curb the spread of Covid-19 in the state. <br /> <br />A 'Guard of Honour' has been arranged for TMC chief Mamata Banerjee at the VIP entry of Nabanna, the state secretariat in Kolkata. <br /> <br />Chief ministers of other states and leaders of other political parties have not been invited for the programme, keeping in mind the current Covid-19 situation in the country.
