The Federal government implemented a temporary travel ban between India and Australia, with anyone breaching the restriction to be fined or jailed. A Melbourne man's lawyers have lodged a legal challenge and will argue the ban is "invalid on constitutional grounds". It comes as the Prime Minister insists the ban on Australians travelling from home from India is working.
