Delhi police on Friday arrested Gaurav Khanna, CEO of Matrix Cellular (International) Services Limited. The 47-year-old Gaurav Khanna is a resident of Gurugram. <br />The oxygen concentrators were imported to India under the name of Matrix Cellular company. The owner of the company, Gagan Duggal, is alleged to be partners with Navneet Kalra. <br />While Gagan Duggal lives in London, the Delhi police recovered over 500 oxygen concentrators from Duggal’s Khullar farm at Mandi village.
