The Tamil Nadu government has imposed a complete lockdown in the state from May 10 till May 24, owing to the rise in the Covid-19 cases for the past few days. <br /> <br />During the complete lockdown from May 10, vegetable, meat and fish shops and provisional stores will be allowed to operate only till 12 noon. All other shops will remain closed. <br /> <br />State-owned liquor shops, Tasmac will remain closed during the 14-day complete lockdown in Tamil Nadu. Restaurants will be allowed to open only for takeaway services. <br /> <br />During the 14-day complete lockdown in Tamil Nadu, only essential services will be allowed to operate. Petrol and diesel bunks will remain open during the lockdown.
