West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has written to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on vaccine shortage. She has urged the Central govt to speed up the import of vaccines from global manufacturers. She also said that Bengal is ready to donate land for Covid-19 bulk manufacturing.
