WA Premier fast-tracks coronial inquiry into 7yr old's death

The WA Premier has fast-tracked a coronial inquiry into the death of a 7 year-old girl in a Perth hospital last month. Mark McGowan says further investigations are underway to determine what happened at the hospital on the night of her death.
